Chad Carlisle was born and raised in Ransom Canyon attending Roosevelt High School and Texas Tech. He brings 9 years of roofing expertise to the table and 35 years business experience in Lubbock as the former owner of Carlisle Motors and Flex Fitness Centers.

Born and raised in Lubbock, Sam Seaver attended Frenship High School and Texas Tech University. Over the past decade, he has built and operated multiple businesses across West Texas, with interests spanning commercial roofing, retail franchising, and commercial real estate. As Co-Founder of Roof-Tech, Sam has helped grow the company from the ground up into one of the most recognizable roofing brands in the region.

Jose Palma started his roofing career in Minnesota as a helper before stepping up to a full roofer just a year later. He spent his early years traveling the northern states with a hail-chasing crew, then moved to Texas in 2003 to work as a subcontractor. After more than five years in South Florida specializing in stone-coated metal roofing, Jose returned to Lubbock in 2009.

Stephanie Howerton was born and raised in Lubbock attending Lubbock High School and South Plains College. She combines her 32 years of extensive experience in management, aviation, and the roofing industry with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

With deep roots in West Texas, Steven Dorsey has been involved in construction and development since the age of 16. Now 49, his career spans a wide range of expertise — from framing and roofing to home building and land development. Steven began his entrepreneurial journey by founding Dorsey Framing and Roofing, laying the foundation for a lifetime in the trades.

Dakota Cook is a Lubbock native who has built his life around hard work, family, and the outdoors. He is married with two kids and takes pride in providing for his family while staying involved in the things he loves most. Dakota has been in the roofing industry since 2021, backed by a strong construction foundation that started back in his junior high and high school years.

John Dyck was raised in Seminole and brings 14 years of construction experience to the team, including 9 years in project management. He's committed to delivering quality work, clear communication, and the kind of attention to detail that keeps every project on track from start to finish.

Linsy Dunagin was born and raised in West Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Agriculture and Applied Economics. She began her career with RoofTech at the Lubbock office before transitioning to the Midland location, where she lives with her husband and 7-year-old son. As one of our managers, Linsy also runs the company's social media and marketing. She loves the construction business and the chance to help her team and homeowners every day.

Jose Mendoza has been working in roofing sales since 2018, building hands-on experience helping homeowners navigate projects and make confident decisions along the way. He graduated from Fowler High School in Kansas, where he lived his entire life until relocating to Lubbock, Texas in February 2025 to be closer to his fiancée and continue growing both personally and professionally.

Logan Goebler is originally from the Austin area, where he grew up around the construction industry and developed his strong work ethic from a young age. Outside of work, Logan is happiest outdoors — whether he's hunting, fishing, or taking on just about any outdoor adventure that comes his way.

Robert Wright has served as the production manager for Roof Tech since May of 2025. He has been happily married since 2017 and is a proud father of three — two sons with a daughter in the middle. Robert comes from an agricultural and construction background, which made roofing a natural fit. He holds degrees from Texas Tech University in agronomy and crop sciences.

Tracey Spradling was raised in Lubbock, Texas, and dedicated 32 years of her career to TxDOT, building a strong foundation of discipline, responsibility, and service to others before stepping into a new chapter of her life. Family has always been at the center of everything Tracey does. She is a proud parent to one daughter and an even prouder grandparent to a wonderful grandson who brings constant joy and perspective to her life.
