Project management by Jose’, efficiency of his crew, respect for our property, cleanup, attention to details like replacement of exhaust pipes, adding 7 attic vents, and overall tone were splendid! We had a previous roof done in ‘07 by a bigger, more well known company; their work was inferior to Rooftech. They were also sensitive to our elderly limitations and replaced some sheet rock which was damaged by our old roof. Highly recommend.

I called Rooftech for a warranty repair. I called in the weekend and they came to see the condition on Monday. And Steve Dorsey and his crew came and completed the repair on Wednesday. I’ve been searching for the company who previously re-did my roofs. I came across Roof-Tech (Dakota specifically). These guys are honest and seek to help the community. I had another company tell me I needed a roof replacement from satellite imaging alone (ha ha). Dakota came out, did a full inspection, provided me with a quote for what it would be, but ultimately let me know that my roof was still in great condition. How many roof companies have you come across that try to sell you on a lie? I’m not getting a new roof today, but they will be the first I call when I need it. Thanks Roof-Tech!

I am SO thankful for everyone being as wonderful as they’ve been!! I just had my roof replaced and they did an amazing job!! They finished before 2:30 today and were just great!! Noticed I had water damage on my ceiling in my garage from a leak in my roof. Called Roof-tech on a Friday evening for help along with some other companies around Lubbock. Roof-tech got back with me immediately and had Steven out the next morning, and by Saturday afternoon I had a quote for repairs. I agreed, and now 7 days later, the repairs are completed. Start to finish in 7 days. Still have not even heard back from the other companies. 5/5 would recommend them based on my personal experience.

Scheduled appointment for estimate and Chad was right on time. Roof and facia replacement was completed a week later. Now to the good stuff. I was extremely happy impressed with the quality and care taken in the removal and installation process of the roof and facia replacement. Every single nail was hammered in by hand. No coil nails. This prevents nails shooting through the shingles and makes for a stronger bond of every single shingle. This job was 23 squares and complicated. The guy installing the drip edge, well usually that is a fast job by any other roofing contractor, this guy took his time and was very meticulous about the corners, the cuts and the bends being absolutely perfect. That was amazing in itself. Did I mention the clean up after the roof was completed. They walked around this house several times with a magnet picking up nails. They picked up the tiniest of old roofing paper, the smallest cuts of shingle waste and left my yard amazingly picture perfect and ready for the realtor to take pictures and start showing to prospective buyers. I never knew of roof tech, I googled them, read their reviews and I can easily say, perfection at its finest and I’m am very skeptical and hard to please. It is my strong opinion that the quality of the roof installed on this house is absolutely the strongest selling point. Thanks Chad and all the installers for your pride and quality of your work ethics. From this day forward, I would never consider another roofer in the Lubbock area. And even more so, I’ve had roofers walk away from this job as there was some structural repair and other roofing companies just walked away stating they do not do structural repairs. Roof tech does and they do it with pride.
