A TPO Roof Is More Than the Membrane
Reliable performance depends on the complete assembly beneath and around the membrane. We assess the deck, insulation, attachment method, cover board, drainage pattern, edge metal, penetrations, and transitions. Ponding water, poorly secured edges, or rushed flashing details can shorten the useful life of any low-slope system, regardless of the membrane selected.
Our TPO Installation Process
- Commercial roof assessment: We document the existing assembly, moisture concerns, penetrations, and drainage.
- System planning: We develop a scope for insulation, attachment, membrane thickness, flashing, edge details, and rooftop equipment.
- Surface preparation: Wet or damaged materials identified in the scope are addressed before the new membrane is installed.
- Membrane installation: Sheets are positioned, attached, welded, and detailed as a coordinated roof system.
- Quality review: Seams, flashing, drains, edges, and penetrations receive a final inspection before closeout.
TPO Repair and Preventive Maintenance
Routine inspections can catch punctures, stressed flashing, drainage problems, and seam concerns before they affect a larger area. If your existing membrane has isolated damage, we will explain whether repair is appropriate.
